Manchester City vs Everton (2-1)

Everton Women faced a tough match against Manchester City, losing despite a remarkable goal from Swedish international Hanna Bennison. Bennison's strike from 30 yards was a highlight, but Manchester City secured their 13th straight win with goals from Khadija Shaw and Lauren Hemp. Bennison emphasized the importance of the team's development and their commitment to playing bravely, despite making mistakes. The match saw Everton's defense under pressure, with City dominating early on and ultimately securing the win. Everton now looks forward to their crucial FA Cup quarter-final against Chelsea.

Arsenal vs Tottenham (1-0)

Arsenal Women have seen a significant increase in their average attendance this season, surpassing 35,000 after another sold-out match at the Emirates Stadium against Tottenham Hotspur. The team has attracted over a quarter of a million supporters in their eight league matches so far. In the latest North London Derby, a goal by Alessia Russo secured a 1-0 victory for Arsenal, bringing them level on points with Chelsea and three points behind leaders Manchester City. Leah Williamson made her comeback as a late substitute after recovering from injury. The success at the Emirates Stadium has been a highlight for the team, with Arsenal Women now having one of the highest average attendances in the country.

Brighton vs Btistol City (7-3)

Brighton & Hove Albion secured a 7-3 victory over City at Ashton Gate, with goals from Elisabeth Terland, Pauline Bremer, Tatiana Pinto, Madison Haley, Vicky Losada, and Katie Robinson overshadowing City's efforts. City made three changes to their lineup following a defeat by Leicester City, and they started the game with promise. However, Brighton took the lead and extended it despite goals from Megan Connolly, Brooke Aspin, and Amalie Thestrup for City. The game was a back-and-forth affair with City narrowing the gap to 4-3 before Brighton pulled away with three more goals. The match was marked by missed opportunities for Bristol City and a strong attacking display from Brighton.

Liverpool vs Aston Villa (4-1)

Liverpool secured their first back-to-back Women's Super League wins since October by defeating Aston Villa, with Emma Koivisto scoring twice to ensure the victory. The match started with Liverpool showing greater intent, leading to Grace Fisk's opening goal from a cleverly executed free-kick routine. Despite Sophie Roman Haug extending Liverpool's lead, Sarah Mayling pulled one back for Villa from the penalty spot before halftime. Koivisto then secured the points for Liverpool with a clinical finish and a looping header in the second half. The win helped Liverpool maintain pressure on Manchester United in the battle for fourth place, while Villa's home struggles continued, leaving them eighth in the table.

West Ham vs Manchester United (1-1)

Manchester United's aspirations for Champions League qualification were hindered after Viviane Asseyi's stunning equalizer for West Ham. Despite taking an early lead through Rachel Williams, United failed to capitalize on their chances, including a missed sitter by Williams in stoppage time. West Ham showed improvement in the second half, with Asseyi leveling the match with a skillful lofted finish. The draw puts United's European ambitions in jeopardy, as they now trail third-placed Arsenal by nine points with seven games remaining. This result also aids West Ham in their quest for WSL survival, moving them six points clear of the relegation zone.

Chelsea vs Leicester City (4-0)

Chelsea Women secured a commanding 4-0 victory over Leicester City, continuing their impressive defensive record with a clean sheet in six of their last seven matches against the Foxes. The match marked a triumphant return for USWNT attacker Catarina Macario, who scored just six minutes into her first professional match since June 2022, highlighting her importance to the team. Nathalie Björn and Mayra Ramírez also scored their first goals for Chelsea, with Ramírez's strength and Björn's acrobatic finish contributing to the win. Johanna Rytting Kaneryd and Macario added goals in the second half, with Macario showcasing her composure and skill. The victory propelled Chelsea to the top of the table, with manager Emma Hayes emphasizing the importance of rest and preparation for the upcoming match against Manchester City.
